Water Heaters
Installation, repair and maintenance for tank, tankless and power vent water heaters in Cincinnati and nearby towns.
A failing water heater usually gives you some warning. You might notice lukewarm showers, rusty-looking hot water, popping or rumbling from the tank, or a slow drip around the base. A leaking tank can soak a basement floor quickly, so it's worth having someone look at it early. We install, repair and maintain traditional tank models, modern tankless water heaters and power vent water heaters for homes and businesses in Cincinnati, West Chester, Mason, Indian Hill and Harrison. We check the unit, the venting, the gas or electric supply, and the shutoff and relief valves. Then we tell you plainly whether a repair makes sense or replacement is the better use of your money. Brands we work with include Bradford White and A. O. Smith. Estimates are free, and we offer a senior citizen discount. If your water heater is leaking after hours, call (513) 951-3015. We take emergency calls 24/7. For anything that can wait, send us a request and we'll get back to you.

Common questions
Should I repair or replace my water heater?
If the tank itself is leaking, replacement is usually the only fix. Problems with a thermostat, heating element, gas valve or relief valve can often be repaired. We'll show you what we find and give you a free estimate for either option.
Is a tankless water heater a good fit for my house?
Tankless units heat water on demand and take up much less space than a tank. They need the right gas line size or electrical capacity, plus proper venting. We check your supply and how much hot water you use before recommending tankless over a traditional tank.
What is a power vent water heater?
A power vent water heater uses a fan to push exhaust out through a side wall instead of up a chimney. It's a common choice in basements where a standard flue isn't practical. The fan does need a nearby electrical outlet.
